Baby Bo’s is a cute little restaurant with colorful décor and festive lights, not excepting much I have to say this is one place to go when tired of the same old curry joints. The food here is delicious, chilaquiles chicken is corn tortillas sauteed in salsa verde w/ monterey jack, very delightful. But go for the grilled skirt steak & eggs any style served w/ warm flour tortillas, pico de gallo, red chili and hash browns. The meat was tender and seasoned perfectly with a bit of chard taste, and certainly it will fill you up. If your going for brunch for a hangover fix without doubt get the Prix Fix all items, all are $8.95 comes with the choice of Margarita, Mimosa, Bloody Mary orange juice, & coffee or tea
