REVIEWS:
Men Kui Tei is a little noodle shop located in Midtown where one can find many Japanese businessmen slurping in peace. Their specialty is lamen that are chewy and nutty in flavor, mingling with rich pork broth and dancing sliced pork. I picked the miso soup with pork and bean sprouts. On ugly wet cold days like this, a nice home cooked noodle soup always justifies a trip all the way too the 50’s. When I got there my feet were numb from the wet sleet, but once I inhaled my bowl of goodness I could literally feel my feet coming back to life.
Most lamen range from $6.75 - $8.00
