We revisit my all time favorite cheap ass eatery, the XinJiang BBQ On A Stick Cart in C-Town and would like to tell you guys some new items they have on their $1 menu. Besides the usual Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Corn, Fish Ball…etc., now they have Chinese White Cake (think Chinese Gnocchi/ Plain Mochi), Cuttle Fish, Chicken Wing, Hor Dog (they carved it like the Mexican Mango), Oil ToFu, all $1 each with great XinJiang spices, spicy or not spicy.
Another specials they have is for $2 you get a grilled sesame pancake with choice of any one item above. Great for lunch or get it on the bus going to pennsylvia.
