3 hungry hungover Asians looking for good brunch

you may not think that $16 for brunch is cheapass but it is, at Essex one plate of food will get you full and drunk or at least take away your hangover. The restaurant spacious room with high ceilings has lots of natural light coming from the high windows, the crowd is mostly hangover late partiers and the music is loud ( I am not a fan).
The wait however is unforgivable (45 minutes), considering the state we were in but once we were seated the food and booze never stop. We started off with some onion bread with butter, I got a whole mess of eggs with tortilla chips and black beans, Kenneth got a Grilled Steak with eggs, potato, and some green (xtra $2), and the Richard our blushing Asian got the apple chicken sausage with mac and cheese. All were great, I mostly like the apple chicken sausage and steak- what can I say I am a meat eater.
All in all everything was good brunch eatin and massive, but let’s talk about the good stuff, free drinks with any order. With your order comes with 3 free drinks, you can choose from mimosa, bloody mary and screwdriver – a fantastic deal for 16 buckaroos!

Last time the blushing Asian was here was his birthday and I guess the waitress “forgot” to count the number of drinks, lets just say somebody got a little over zealous and projectile all over the basketball court.
